Palm Valley Phase V is a beautiful, family-oriented, master-planned community consisting of 1,463 lots broken down in to the following neighborhoods: Atherton Commons, Cabada Corners, Calappa Place, Coquito Trails, Darian Court, Hesper Knoll, Kingali Way, Mazari Cove, Palmetto Passage, and Trianda Terrace. We are located
east of Sarival Avenue between Camelback Road and Indian School Road in Goodyear, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.
Our community is 23 miles west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient
access to Interstate 10 and State Route 303. Children in our community Kindergarten through sixth grade attend
Mabel Padgett Elementary while those in grades seventh and eighth attend
Verrado Middle School. Both schools are part of the
Litchfield Elementary School District. High school students attend
Millennium of the
Agua Fria Union High School District. Palm Valley Phase V is a non-profit corporation. The corporation is managed by a member elected Board of Directors who volunteer time to manage and preserve the
Association’s assets to make our neighborhoods a great place to live. All homeowners are welcome to attend the Board of Directors Meetings held the 1st Tuesday of each month
(no meetings July, August and December) at 6:30pm at Mabel Padgett Elementary School. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted
